Communication with your Production VA is flexible and can be tailored to your preferences. We typically use platforms like email, chat, and project management tools. We are open to helping you setup a communication or project management method that best suits your needs. 

Because of the equipment investment that Thrive Media puts up for your VA, the minimum commitment period for hiring a Production VA is six months. However, we won't charge you for the full six months. Payment will be made on a monthly basis. We only ask for your commitment to make the VA-employer relationship work. 

We aim for a quick and efficient onboarding process. Once you decide to hire a Production VA, we'll work with you to understand your requirements and initiate the onboarding process promptly. The typical skills-matching and training process from our end will take 1-2 weeks, depending on how specific your task/skills needs are.

Production VAs at Thrive Media undergo comprehensive training, but we encourage collaboration. If you have specific processes or preferences, we welcome any training or guidance you'd like to provide to ensure a seamless integration with your team.

We will also ask you to provide your list of requirements, tasks and responsibilities so we can best relay this to your Production VA and use this as well for the training process. 

At Thrive Media, we prioritize your satisfaction, and if for any reason you feel that the assigned Support VA isn't the right fit, we'll work swiftly to address your concerns. We understand that a successful collaboration relies on compatibility, and we're committed to ensuring you have the right support for your needs. We can either provide additional training to align the VA with your expectations or, if necessary, explore the possibility of assigning a different VA better suited to your requirements. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll collaborate closely to find the best solution for your unique situation.
