Please note that we have two major types of VAs: A Support VA, which focuses on day to day operational support for your business; and a Production VA, which focuses on higher-level creative and content creation tasks such as design, content writing, and more.
The cost for hiring a Thrive Media VA starts at $800 per month for a support VA and $1100 per month for a Production VA. If you require a VA with more technical and complex skills, we can assess your needs and provide you with a custom quote.
The fees collected on top of the monthly fee are as follows:
Monthly Admin Fee of $100 for project management costs, cost of equipment, and a portion of which goes towards your VA's 13th month pay, which is a bonus pay paid to your VA every year as mandated by Philippine law.
Please note that a 4.5% Goods and Services Tax is also applied to all Thrive Media transactions.

From the signing of contract and payment of your invoice, it will take Thrive Media a total of 1-2 weeks to skills-match and train the VA for your business. If your requirement is very specific, it might take us around 2 weeks to complete the process; but if your requirements are simpler, we can skills-match and train a VA in as little as 1 week.
